The Bois Cheri Tea Factory is located in a small village bearing the same name. The factory opens it doors to visitors to discover the various steps in producing the Mauritian’s favourite beverage. The factory also produces a variety of flavoured tea.

Saint Aubin estate has a large plantation of vanilla. On the estate there is a colonial house which has been built in 1819 which has been partly converted in a restaurant where is served typical Mauritian food. The vanilla plantation known as la maison de la vanilla is a place where you will see how vanilla plants are planted and also learn about the vanilla orchids transformation process.
Found in the fame fatal rain forest of Mauritius, the La Vanille Crocodile Park one of the major tourist attraction center in the southern Mauritius. It contains with itself more than a thousand wild Nile crocodiles and various kinds of animals like : monkeys, stags, fruit bats and tortoises.
You can even see the oldest tortoise aged 98 years old.
